i'm Kay, but you probably know that already.
Kaylaa’ White is an ulcerative colitis warrior, writer, and creative, always seeking avenues to learn more while creating spaces for those from underrepresented backgrounds.
After successfully starting her first business in high school, with Bloom Design her focus is on helping BIPOC + woman entrepreneurs, creatives, and small business owners leverage their ventures via graphic design, social media, and virtual assistance.

in 2022 Kaylaa’ experienced the most challenging year yet and had to undergo two major surgeries, one emergency surgery, and more procedures than she could keep count of. In the end, she became a proud member of the ostomate community and uses her personal accounts to advocate and raise awareness for IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease).

The conjunction of Kaylaa’’s lifestyle with a chronic illness, personal views, and overall business goals has led Bloom Design to adopt anti-capitalistic operational methods, with the goal of progressing with the Bloom's longevity.
In 2021 she published her debut poetry book All The Things I Never Said and is pursuing a BFA in Dramatic Writing at New York University’s Tisch School of The Arts while on the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation’s National Council of College Leaders.
